This event is restricted to schools involved in the initiative from Muirfield HS.
This program involves 10 hours of course work across 2 days of face to face learning. Participants will explore some fundamentals of good leadership at the Faculty level, core skills in terms of management and administration, as well as a strong focus on the essential responsibilities of being a Head Teacher, and a member of an Executive team. Sessions include scenario-based activities and video clips of experienced Head Teachers sharing ideas on quality practice.
