A course designed for those Deputies, Relieving Deputies and Aspiring Deputies with input from current Principals and Deputy Principals. Each module will combine research, the AITSL Principal Leadership framework, NSW DoE policy, and practical insights. The content is rich with interactive opportunities include case studies, scenarios, and video recordings of interviews with current leaders. Many slides in the PowerPoints are content rich to enable participants to keep as a resource for ongoing reference. The content is updated to make sure it is reflective of current DoE policy and practice.
