The Term 4 PL Day is once again being held at UTS and has been developed by the Professional Learning reference Group.
Principals lead in increasingly complex local contexts, where school identity, curriculum pathways, student engagement, community confidence, staff culture, strategic communication and future-focused learning all matter.
This day will be practical, energising and directly useful. Principals, and their teams, will leave not only with new thinking, but with clear action items they can adapt and begin leading almost immediately back in their own schools.
Workshops on leading courageously, principal wellbeing, strategic communication and marketing strategies, AI and assessment, an HSC pilot, and student voice and agency, provide participants with time to learn, examine and discuss and plan. Presenters are current Principals who have expertise in these areas.
At a cost of $250 for the day, SPC has put together a cost effective professional learning day designed by Principals to address critical issues in the day to day work of Principals.
